I (a SM) mistakenly signed off on the wrong rank requirement for a Scout in Scoutbook Plus and can’t undo it. I clicked the “x” by the date, unchecked “mark as approved/recorded,” and hit “save.” I get this error message:
How can I undo the approved rank requirement?
@ReighnoldLewis are you trying to clear the overall rank date or the requirements date? I have not been able to reproduce this error.
@ReighnoldLewis- perhaps a screen share to look at the issue or if you could take a video of the process that leads to the error.
I tried again today and it worked. It must have been a temporary server issue. The issue is resolved. (I was tring to clear a requirement date.) Thanks.
