I have a problem with the following Scout (ID = 140843870).
He is presently working on his 2nd class rank. I am unable to sign him off for Requirement 3b, because I get this error message “Board of Review leader approved date should be later or equal to the last leader approved date for all requirements”.
There is a chain of events in this scout’s scout book history which I believe is leading to this error message. When the scout completed the scout rank, he was marked off completed for all scout requirements in one fell swoop pass as opposed to signing off each requirements individually. This means that Scoutbook plus is not seeing a specific date for the scout’s “Scout” level scoutmaster conference. When he completed his Scoutmaster’s conference for Tenderfoot - Scoutbook Plus would not let me sign him off for that conference because the tool didn’t see a date associated with his Scout level scoutmaster’s conference. He has completed his Tenderfoot board of review and I was able to sign him off for completion of Tenderfoot - which in itself could be another bug because it shouldn’t let me do this if he’s never been signed off for this Tenderfoot scoutmaster’s conference.
At this point I need a workaround such that I can move forward to record completed requirements for this scout I need someone to go into the backend of the tool and put some dates in for this Scout and Tenderfoot level scoutmaster’s conferences so that I can move him forward.
Help please.
