Trying to send an email to just leaders. I know this has worked before, so something must have changed.
When I filter by “Leader”, it brings up ALL of my Scouts and labels them as “Leaders” (Scout leaders also appear - most as “parents” too. I also noticed that my Scouts are duplicated - ie before I think they were only appearing below their Parent, and now they are appearing by themselves as “Leader” and then also under their parents. I also have a “- - “ Parent header with all the parent/leaders listed as “no guardian with email”
I’m not sure how to supply data to help troubleshoot this because it only shows names. It affects our entire Troop.
I suspect I also have a problem with a few of my parents being disconnected from their scouts, but I think that’s a separate issue (Can I just work that with the registrar, or are these issues connected?)
I only have 1 scout that was given Calendar Editor permissions and 0 Scouts with Advancement permissions in Permission Manager - not sure if that helps with the troubleshooting.
