I submitted my Merit badge Counselor application to the council. I spoke to the registrar, she said it was all entered. Two weeks later my MBC profile has not shown on Scoutbook or My Scouting. Can anyone help with the sync or bug?
Your MBC position shows as not current. Please contact your council Registrar for assistance.
Spoke to them today. I have been in constant communication with them, the registrar states she entered my application and merit badges. It has been over a week. What could be the problem?

@ANGELECHENIQUE If they don’t know how to make the MBC position current, then they should submit a help ticket to National.
