Scoutbook Plus not transferring approved QM requirements correctly when transitioning from 2022 version to 2026 version

When I transition a sea scout from the 2022 requirements for QM to the 2026 version, any section 12 requirement in the 2022 version are being credited as completing the first few electives in the 2026 version of the requirements. Example is Scout ID 14804078. Their environment approvals (12-A and 12-B) were credited as the first two level-3 electives in the 2026 requirements list and their environmental section approvals were omitted. I believe it has something to do with the section number re-ordering that occurred as part of the requirement update.

If a requirement is improperly approved, is there a way to fix that? I am currently changing the approval to “completed” and noting the improper approval in a comment.

Most ranks do not transfer completion version to version - they are isolated and can be manually entered. I use a history report to do that, and then put them all as one date with quick entry.

That would be great, but the “bringing over” is happening automatically, and I can’t undo it.
