Many thanks for the update, Ed! I now appear to have successfully created Stripe accounts for both of my units.
It appears that all Scoutbook Legacy functions have now been transitioned to Scoutbook Plus. Is there any reason to continue logging into Scoutbook Legacy? Should I direct the parents of the Scouts in my units to only log into Scoutbook Plus going forward?
It is better to NOT TOUCH Legacy - what is left there for units is sending messages with attachments. And then some group Merit badge import stuff.
I have tried the hard refresh and the incognito window multiple times over last few days, but still unable to get past the “Staged” phase. Any other suggestions?
@edavignon I have the same issue as @RoseStone . It has said Staged for at least a week.
Ours FINALLY came through tonight! So Stripe account is created and onboarded (in the Settings page). How long will it take before the “Pay here” button shows up on Scout payment logs?
@RoseStone - that will happen on new transactions
@RoseStone - you may want to look at scouts or others who owe money to the unit to see if a pay button has been added to those transactions. It may take a refresh on the unit pay log page to see that.
