The Advancement Report seems to only format correctly from an incognito Chrome window - this is very frustrating. Now, the report is only showing one person where there is multiple qty of an award. I currently have a PO with 1 merit badge, 7 ranks badges. 4 of those are Tenderfoot and the report only shows 1of the 4 Tenderfoot scouts. Everything else with a qty of 1 shows up on the report.
Usually that means that there’s some add-on running that’s interacting with the report code in SB+, assuming the issue isn’t resolved by forcing a reload/clearing cache in a standard window. I would try turning off add-ons one-at-a-time until you can identify which one is the problem child.
I’ve repeatedly gotten the formatting issue on multiple computers with both Safari & Chrome.
Safari isn’t well supported for the scouting.org sites, so I tend to recommend avoiding it. Chrome should be working more reliably, though. Nevertheless, if it’s reliably working in Incognito/Private Browsing mode, that’s almost always indicative that there’s a cache or add-on issue of some sort. SB+ caches a lot of information, so forcing a reload and/or clearing cached data for the scouting.org sites is usually my first step when trying to overcome issues I encounter.
If you can provide a couple of specific examples of scouts’ Member IDs/advancements pairs that are missing and some that appear in the reports (no names, please!), that could help with diagnosis.
This Monday, the entire permissions structure was changed, so if the issue is continuing, getting that part straightened out first is probably key to finding the underlying issue. There’s information in the documents linked from the blue banner at the top of these forums on how your Unit Key 3/Key 3 Delegates can do that. Make careful note of the superscripts for each “ability” under each position/role, since a lot of the superscripts looks similar and I’ve noticed a lot of confusion on the boards as a result.
