I am still having the same issue, nothing shows up for AOL requirements. Shift refresh does not work.
@KaylaFriesz try an incognito window for us - or clear your cache
try switching rank to the old version - let it FULLY LOAD - then switch back to 2024
How would I do that?
It wont let me select the 2022 version I get this error

I’m having the same issue with one of my AOL scouts. The other scouts work. I’ve tried incognito mode in Chrome. Also tried switching to the 2022 requirements but also got an error. The scout’s ID number is 14217380.
@LoniScott look at SB+ Roster - what Member does it say the scout is? Does it say AOL Member?
AOL member. It looks like he’s assigned to the correct den.
@LoniScott - what shows in the scout record > membership in socutbook… is it just a single current membership.
Position says Arrow of Light member.
@LoniScott I think I would try putting the scout in a different den (like the Bears) > go to rank and open > then move scout back to AOL den to see if it forces a change.
I took him out of the den and put him back in but it didn’t fix it.
I think this is part of another bug that is being worked
