I’m trying to order my awards for our court of honor happening later this week. When I run the report it only shows the merit badges and none of the ranks that need to ordered. When I go to roster and do a quick report is shows the ranks that need to be ordered. How do i put them on the PO and advancement report?

I see what you are saying and have reported it. I would print the quick screen and take it in - say it is a bug but stuff is in system

So I am correct, it should be showing up in my reports so I can order? Haven’t needed to order since last year so not sure of the changes.

I can verify the same issue happened to me tonight when trying to make a PO to bring to our local scout shop. Thanks for the workaround with the Quick Report. It saved me a lot of time having to go back to the advancement reports.

I’m seeing the same thing too. Glad to have the workaround to take a screenshot of the quick link’s advancement report so I can get the rank badges. Hopefully the scout shop is ok with that in addition to the PO that has the merit badges.

Hello, this is still not working. Here’s a screen shot of the advancement report showing 9 scout ranks that have been approved but not awarded and then a screen shot of the PO report not listing any of these ranks (they aren’t on my open PO either)
@StephenSanchez1 have you fully logged out? Try a Hard refresh please (Shift + Reload page.

That worked! I logged in/out and did had refresh and the ranks now show up for the PO. Thanks!
