This appears to be a common issue, but we are missing two leaders from our roster in Scoutbook. They are listed on our roster in MyScouting as an ASM and Unit Scouter College Reserve, but show expired in Scoutbook Plus.

115357323 registered in a different council for camp staff. That is fixed.
The second did the same I think but it is not as clear. Did this scouter camp staff in Montana council?

Hello! New ASM with ID 137090153 is on our My.Scouting roster but missing from our SB+ roster. One potentially relevant factor is that this adult leader is between the ages of 18-21 and recently had a youth membership in our troop – I do know if that was the same Member ID or not. Would you be able to connect ASM 137090153 to the troop in SB+ please?
