Scoutbook - ReCaptcha will not pop up in Firefox

Normally, when I try to login to Scoutbook using Firefox, I put in my username and password, then the ReCaptcha will pop up so I can prove I’m not a robot. When I tried to login today, the ReCaptcha never pops up and I get a message right away saying that I cannot be logged in.

I also tried to login in to this forum using Firefox, but when it directs me to login at my.scouting.org, I enter my username and password, and click the login button, something briefly flashes on the screen and I cannot login there either.

I have added both scoutbook.scouting.org and my.scouting.org to the exceptions list in my Firefox browser, so their pop-ups shouldn’t be blocked, but the same things are still happening. I had to login to this site using Chrome. I’ve done everything I can think of to do on my end. Is there a solution to this problem (that is not switch to Chrome)?

@StephanieWorden - I use firefox at home and have not seen the issues you are describing. Have you tried and incognito session ? And as it worked in chrome it is not a scoutbook bug but rather a browser issue.

I should have thought of that. In icognito mode, the same message appears, but I do get the ReCaptcha eventually.

I agree that it is most likely a browser issue, but having dealt with coding for multiple browsers, problems like these aren’t always a browser issue. Either way, I was mostly looking to see if anyone else had encountered this, and if so, how they fixed it. If I posted in the wrong forum, I apologize.
