When the scout shop doesn’t have some awards, I don’t see a way to remove the ‘purchased’ status of that award that’s on a PO but we didn’t get, so that it shows up on the PO the next month. Short of bringing a pile of old POs with highlighted stuff on them that they didn’t have, how can I make this work?

I usually delete the PO in question, start a new one with everything we actually did purchase and leave the missing items off the new one. Not sure if that’s the best solution or not, but that’s what we do.

If it’s not a restricted item, I just add it to the notes of the next PO. If it is… what Daniel said
