My app is shutting down whenever I click on “my scouts” and select my son L. It works fine for my daughter. Also if possible I need his old scout ID 140509476 linked to his new account 141505564 if possible as it made us set up a new one when we renewed his membership. Thanks
I also already tried deleting the app and redownloading it
@JenHolcomb you used different DOB for your Scout on Applications it looks like - so now you are in FL?
uh oh, it should be (removed by Moderator)…yes in Florida
@JenHolcomb OK I merged the SB Accounts - you need to talk to Council to fix the DOB
