I have two new scouts (10 months into troop) that do not show the Sync Icon next to their names. What to do? All other scouts that joined at the same time are showing Sync’d.
Please post their BSA Member IDs and we will investigate. We do not need names.
go to membership > unapprove > save > then reapprove
Did not see an option to Unapprove. I am not a troop admin, just ASM. Not sure if that is a factor. I replied to “Edavigon” request for BSA numbers.
have admin do the unapprove/reapprove - one of them also has an unapproved Patrol leader position that can cause issues
