We had an adult entered into Scoutbook directly since our council was taking so long to enter them into the system. They are now duplicated (one with a ID and one without). Other than the grayed out ID#, there is no way I know of to tell that they were syncing back and forth. It would be nice to have an icon like the green check (maybe light blue like leader approved) to show they are syncing with my.scouting.org.

Thank you for the suggestion. If this is not already in the backlog I will add it.
You can send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with the adult’s name, BSA#, unit and council and ask that the duplicate accounts be merged.
