Hello, ever since the last update scoutbook is not letting me submit my scout’s advancements. It says I’m a youth but I am the parent and am trying to submit it the same way I used to. Ive tried logging out then back in, clearing cache, deleting data and then deleting the app and reinstalling it, but nothing has worked.
Your Scoutbook account looks correct in the DB. The screen shot you provided is from the Scouting mobile app. Are you able to record advancement at https://scoutbook.scouting.org?
I have asked the app developers to investigate why you are getting the youth message.
I am having the same issue.
@kewinsor your issue is you do not have connections to any Scouts - your unit admin can fix that
