My son just joined the cub scouts and we’ve been working on getting through his Wolf rank. However the app will not allow me to log anything. It gives me the same error over and over. It says that I cannot “record advancements as a youth.” I am not logged in as my son. Definitely logged in as myself. What is going on and how do I fix it?
@MonicaCampbell I do not see any app logins for you. I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
