@AngelinaBriscoe the way in the video (scoutbook.scouting.org) is not a new way - it is the old way. The way you are doing it is an uncompleted platform for Troops that is really not ready yet.

I see - Ok. Bummer as its much easier IMO, but I will learn the old way for now. Thanks for the help navigating.
@AngelinaBriscoe There is a bug in Scoutbook Plus (formerly Internet Advancement 2.0). The developers are aware of the bug. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Same Issue here, please see the details i have provided below, this is for cub scout, however i suspect the same processes other than the available adventures is occurring in the back end.
Process
-
Starting at https://advancements.scouting.org/roster (with or without Group/Edit Den)
-
Click Unit Quick Entry > Enter Adventures

Select Rank (Tiger), Adventure (Tigers in the water), Version (Current - 2024)

Select All - I am not selecting Mark Approved, that is for another time, i am just entering the completion date and comments

Click Apply and modal for submit is displayed

Wait a long time (in this case updating 3 scouts, this should be very fast update, i would think sub 500ms)

Receive success message (after 15 or so seconds)
-
Go back to roster
-
Open one of the Scout profiles
-
Review adventures for Tiger
-
“Tigers in the water” shows started but no progress indicator is showing

Open the adventure and you also see started
-
You note that no completion dates for the previously selected and recorded requirements show.

See that comments are applied, for all 5 times i have attempted to do this.
Perhaps some data below will help
Prior to this test
- Opened new browser session on separate profile (Google chrome version: Version 128.0.6613.138 (Official Build) (64-bit))
- Clear / Delete all browsing history, cache, data, etc - Nothing left behind.
- Login is using Google Authentication / SSO
- Login to https://advancements.scouting.org
- Skip welcome message/tutorial
- Cancel the “Your membership is expiring messages for me and child” — This should not be showing, i have renewed both memberships in the last few weeks
- Select correct unit (Pack) – I am multi registered with Troop as committee, pack as cubmaster, and have child in pack.
Due to file restrictions I added a .txt extension to this zip file with google logs, heap, and har files.

Final Approach / Test
- Enter each requirement completion individually and record it.
- Results in success and record updated as expected
- consumes far too much time for 60+ scouts to be entered in this manner.
I have not entered an elective adventure for our Den since our last meeting but it seems that the “no progress recorded” for required has been corrected. I see the progress correctly reflected on the tile in the individual scout page.
Maybe this is working after the last release…
