Scouting Adventure no longer displaying in IA

This is a weird one, and probably only matters for the records of other Scouts who became AOLs during the transition to the new requirements. My son, #140560903, earned the Scouting Adventure on 02/18/2024. It shows up accurately in a Pack Recognition Report, for instance. However, the Adventure does not show up on his IA “Arrow Of Light” Rank page (as it is no longer part of the requirements for that rank), but it ALSO does not show up on the IA “Webelos” Rank page-- as it was NEVER part of the earning of that rank-- prior to the transition, it was an AOL Required Adventure (and mostly got incorporated into the new Bobcat Adventure, which my son earned separately). Oddly, I feel like it WAS displaying on the AOL Rank page until just recently.

In my mind, it should show up as an elective on his AOL Rank page. Alternately… I guess… it could show up down in Awards? (Ironically, you can see it displayed in Scoutbook…)

@DonovanMcNeil, I think this is a pretty unique use case… but the completist in me wants to see an earned Adventure displayed!:wink:

@tristandalley does it show up as Req 3a of Webelos? We cannot see to that granular of a level. It is in system - run Cub History report to see it

Oh, I can see it in reports-- I know it’s there! I was hoping he’d still be able to see it as an awarded Adventure in the Scouting app, for instance.

Oh no the old Scouting Adventure would not be valid for that - that is a replaced adventure - so yes it was earned but basically went into limbo. The Cub History Report would have it

In a few months he will be in Troop and not care at thing about Cub awards - as he moves on to other things. But historically it is there

Roger that! He’s got the Arrowhead pin for the adventure on his Adventures tricolor-- that’s probably good enough!
