I entered in all the dens adventures and AOL badge requirements. Only two of my scouts are showing up in the report as having earned their AOL badges. All required adventures and electives are entered, but only 2 of 7 scouts show as earning their AOL badges. Need to order all adventure pins and AOL badges and am stuck.
@KimStern have you checked the Legacy Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting.org) Needs Approval Report to make sure all items are approved?
Yes, it is the same issue. None of the scouts adventure requirements are showing up either. And for some reason it just has 2 of the 7 scouts as having their AOL awarded.
@KimStern you can post BSA #s (no names) and we can take a look

One other thought - in Legacy Scoutbook did you look on the last closed Purchase order?
@KimStern the first BSA# the AOL Rank is marked as Awarded so it will NOT show on purchase order
Yes, nothing on there that would interfere. I am getting this message when I click on the orange arrow by each scout’s name:
“Requirement can’t be updated since the advancement is already awarded.” But even still, the advancement is not showing up in my PO
I think they are all marked Awarded - I can setup a screenshare if you want

Issue Solved: When Items are Marked Awarded the system assumes they are purchased and do not show up on Purchase report
