I’ve just set up the Scouting App on my own Android phone and can see both of my Scouts’ info. I then set up the App on my Star Scout’s Android, and while it did populate with his Active Positions and his full name, it doesn’t show any other relevant info (unlike my phone, which mirrors his Scoutbook info). When I go to Add Parent Connection on his phone, I get the message that they could not find a Scout that matched the criteria entered (although it is accurate when cross checked against mysouting.org as well as scoutbook). Any wisdom would be appreciated!
Looks like this might be related to the issue that @DonovanMcNeil passed along to the developers in this thread.
Both seem to be scouts apparently lacking a Parent Connection, but for whom the parents can see the scout in the app.
