Scoutbook app vs web link. Parent cant see scout in app

I am a unit leader. I have a parent who is listed second under her husband. She can see the scout when logging in via the web but not the app. Only the husband.

In addition, when I look at our invite and see the undecided individuals with ? above their name, it is only listing the first parent under the child, not both parents.

Any clue? thanks

To fix app - try going to scout in Scoutbook > click on Mother (which takes you to a connection page) > click UPDATE there without changing anything
