hi when I log in to my scouting.org account it’s say I do not have any current registration idk why that would be is scouting.org having issues today ? I have never had this issue before can you see if am still registration thanks and help me fix this issue I did Marge my 2 membership I’d yesterday do you think it had something to do with that
but idk if the Marge of the 2 I’d would make this kind of issue the 2 number that I Marge is 1. 141633638 to my other one 136189598
@m20134 after a merge you have to give it 24 hours for things to settle - how long has it been?

I completed the merge yesterday at around 3:00 PM. I also contacted my council regarding my membership, and they informed me that my membership was somehow suspended this morning.
Unfortunately, they were unable to determine why the suspension occurred or how to resolve it. They advised me that it appears to be a system issue and that they were not able to fix it on their end.
Would you please be able to look into this issue and help resolve the suspension? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide, as my council was unable to determine the cause or provide a solution.

Because this only happens after I did the merger and none of my memberships are on my account
@m20134 Please ask your local council to submit a help ticket to National on your behalf.
The developers tell us the suspension was from Central FL Council but that your current council can unsuspend you.
ok thanks for letting me know I connected the central FL council and they told me they did not suspend my registration
good evening sorry to bother you guys again does it give you a reason why the issue happen because my home council is telling me its can take up to 3 months to get this resolved and I don’t think I should have to wait 3 months for something that wasn’t my fault is there anyway you guys can fix this thanks
We have no information on the suspension other than it was Central Florida Council.
Your current council probably wants to do their due diligences to find out why before they restore your membership.
There is nothing we can do to resolve the issue.
