How do you fix this error. Membership in scouting.org is linked. Since he registered in 2 councils, he has been having problems in scoutbook.

Stephen, A similar discussion that happen to both of our ids happen here. The below effects mine.
The system has never handled concurrent registrations in more than one council well.
Were the Member IDs merged for you and for the scout (not with each other, obviously, but each with the additional Member IDs from the other council)?
@GavinMulcahy is the Scout Actively registered in 2 Councils at once? if so only one unit can track advancements for a permanent record. Which unit would that be?
Gavin is in Troop 1 (only troop)
Crew 1908 (only crew)
3 ships but one ship was put in the wrong council by mistake (long story)
All these will eventually be in the same council.
His primary membership is the 134750437.
Mine is the other one having the same problem.
Yes the membership id’s were merged with the button on scouting.org to merge accounts. That is how I got my 3rd son’s id to work. Just Gavin and mine have problems.
@GavinMulcahy so for youth you merged to 134750437?
I merged Gavins northern nj account and Patriot path account. (these are the only active) In the past he had a greater NYC but is not registered in the greater NYC so it may be gone.
@DonovanMcNeil Have you ever seen this scoutbook error? Do you think unmerge and remerge the member ids may fix it and who would be able to do that? The only other thing I can think of is deleting the ship out of council and re-adding it (but I don’t think it will solve the problem).
@GavinMulcahy this is reported and being looked - best to leave alone for now.
@DonovanMcNeil The scout Gavin still does not have access to his account with the same error above and it says I have to post every 7 days to keep the topic open and not have him forgotten about. This has been taking place since August 29. Some things that might need to be looked at are comparing his brothers accounts. Gavin has two member ids which may mean the ids did not merge correctly. Also, Gavin is on the scoutbook legacy roster but not the scouting.org or scoutbook plus roster, where I think he needs to be added so scouting.org, scoutbook plus and scouting legacy match.
