hi i can not see any of my merit bagde under my counselor that are listen under scouting.org and when go in to scoutbook non of my thing are listed and i can not sgined off on any badge i call my local center about this and they told me they did not chnage anything on my acount is anyone ealse having this issue

404 Suffolk I recently join another council in Florida and now
I have 2 membership id number as a merit badge counselor is there anway you guys can add it to
Scoutbook so the system knows am
In 2 different council so doesn’t effect my connection with Suffolk and my badge in Suffolk
And so it’s doesn’t effect my connection in Florida and my badges in Florida I will be moving to
Florida for college only the the fall semester about 6 month just to also
Let you know non of my scouts that my connection to and that I did a badges with already is on scoutbook my Suffolk County scoutbook doesn’t even show up
Only the new Florida one does and I check my registration, and I am currently active in Suffolk County
Having 2 Member IDs in 2 councils - means 2 completely different identities for Scouting America and IT. If you need both to be active leaders in Scoutbook, it is best to make 2 SB Users, by going to my.scouting.org > changing your primary MID to the one that has no Scoutbook User > then logging into Scoutbook to generate a user. Then when you change the Primary in Manage MEmber ID, that is the SB User and MID you will be logged into in the system.
If you are leader in just one Council, just have a user for that council

Ok but all my merit badge are missing
Well as soon as you are not a Scout in a unit (an adult leader instead) your advancements are no longer shown @mc20134 - they can still be seen using the Scout History Report.

Any of my scouts that I have connected to signed off on and I can’t add new connections or see any of the badges that my approve to teach there not show up on my scouting .org acount like bagged that councils approve
@mc20134 what is Member # of your MBC Registration - that MID has to be on the SB User, then the council has to have uploaded the MBs to the account also.

My entire profile on scoutbook including my tenure
Everything is wrong they have the wrong sb user id too
That SB User is correct for that Member ID
I would also talk to council about your name as it is entered as lower case - which is odd
This happen last night when the new membership is add in for the cfc
yes I set a 24 hour position sync to this SB user; as you will probably see them now if you switch Primary MID - on the other SB User. But the MB assignments for the account is still up to the

You also have 2 logins using the same MemberIDs which is troublesome. do you want to keep the #####16 one or the #######171 one?
