@m20134 a sync was setup last night to fix some of this - I think you are switching Primary MID in my.scouting and logging back into scoutbook and messed up the sync by making the system change numbers. leave the primary MID as 136189598 - and let the systems have 24 hours to sync without any log ins so changes can take place.
@m20134 Also, I would recommend double-checking your e-mail address at my.Scouting. There might be a typo.
on my scouting.org non of my approve merit badge are listen and when i go in to scout book non of my scouts that i have connected are listed and i cant signed off on any badge and aslo my tenure is missing its saying i have 0 days when i should have 500 something days everything was on there right last night and now everything is gone to be exact its should say 244 days for my tenure is there anyway for you guys to update my scouting account or something because everything is showing up for council 404 and I never had this issue before and I have been a mbc for over a year now
everything is fixed all i had to do was delate my acount and make a new now and everything show up thanks for all your help
