Hi. My fellow scoutmaster (also ASM in my troop - linked troops) is locked out of his account for too many password tries. It did not unlock after 30 mins. He recently activated Google single sign-on, but does not like that option and wants to change back. What’s the best way to 1) get unlocked and 2) change back to using a regular password? BSA ID is 13018439.

It is unlocked - but he has to use google to get in - I would suggest going to my.scouting.org to sign in if he wants to change from google - then clicking My Account and change to BSA Credentials
