@RobertReeves2 I am checking.
@RobertReeves2 It is unlocked.
My Scoutmaster (removed by Moderator) SB#13531921, is unable to access the records for the boys. He let his membership lapse a couple of months ago, then quickly remedied it. He shows on our my.scouting.org roster as current. He shows up in Scoutbook as current, assigned as Scoutmaster, and Full Access in Connections Manager, but he cannot get to the records. The council registrar verified that he is current. I have a sneaking suspicion that he somehow has more than one account and is logging into one that only has parent access, but the registrar said that is not the case. Can you check to see what the problem is? If he does have a second account, please merge them. Thanks, Kevin Nichol, CC Troop 0007B.
@KevinNichol He had the wrong BSA member ID number set as primary at my.Scouting. I have fixed it.
Please ask him to log all the way out, then log back in again.
Also, it looks like his registration was recently changed from Scoutmaster to Committee Member.
