Scoutnet not reading Scoutbook Database

Ok,

My email starting exploding this week with folks who are posting advancements in SB seeing them in IA2 but the council is not seeing them in Scout/net/Akela.

Example Scout 123271703

MB not crossing over Citizenship in community, cooking, personal management

It does not seem to be linked to single scout
