Scouts and Scouters missing from Roster

The following members are missing from our roster. They registered/renewed in fall of 2024, but due to glitches in the system, they never showed up on our pack’s roster. Messages to the UC and Council Registrar have gone unanswered…

This one looks good to me. For the others, your council will likely need to open a ticket with national.

Any idea why that member isn’t showing up on the roster?

For the others, how does a ticket get initiated with national?

It turns out that one is different but the registration still didn’t go all the way through for some reason.

Your council staff should know how to submit the ticket. Only they can do it.
