Scouts disappeared from Scoutbook, but show on my.scouting Roster

I have 4 scouts who have disappeared from Scoutbook about a month ago, but they still appear on my pack roster in my.scouting.org.

Any assistance to get these scouts back in Scoutbook so I can finish approving their awards, would be greatly appreciated.

Post the BSA Member IDs for these Scouts (no names) and we will investigate.

and it seems they are also all registered wrong - in 2 positions at the same time

I’ve already been in contact with my council and its been several weeks with no resolution. Figured I’d come here and try to see if I can sort anything out.

@JohnSchiel - the registration issue can really only be solved by working with the registrar.

I have a couple of units that this has happened to and the system is not allowing them to input Merit Badges. I opened a ticket last week with national on it and have not heard anything back.

It’s not a regsitration issue. They’re all showing as current scouts in our roster. They just don’t appear in Scoutbook.

@JohnSchiel it is a registration issue that your council has turned in a ticket to National about

There are different types of registration issues.

In this case, it looks like they have conflicting types of registrations, which will impact how/whether they correctly appear in SB/SB+. That has to be fixed before the issue of them not appearing at all can be addressed (assuming fixing the registration types issue doesn’t fix the missing in SB/SB+ issue).
