I have two scouts in the pack, ID 14702815, and ID 140439863. In Scoutbook Plus a while ago I had changed them over to the Arrow of Light Scouts for advancement records. When I went in to make changes to their accounts I had to revert them back as Webelos in order to correct their awards from the spring as their scoutmaster did not put in their final rank awards. It would not let me work on their arrow of light awards until it showed proof of them completing Webelos. They both earned that Rank in May 2024. After I completed their Webelos Rank I tried reverting them back to Arrow of Light. This is where a problem happened and they both just disappeared.
