Scout's Home Address Incorrect

I have a Scout whose home address is incorrect somewhere inside the system. When I check in my.scouting or Internet Advancement Profile his address is correct. But when I print a permission slip his address is wrong on the slip. I have a screenshot of the correct information in Internet Advancement and the wrong on a Permission Slip.

@IanTaylor How long ago was the Scout’s address updated?

I’m not sure how long it had been, I had never made a change. I only found out about the address issue last night when the parent mentioned it when signing the permission slip.
