When I went to check something else today. It had reverted back to them reporting as eachothers parents.
@PatrickGlasgow that is 99% of the time an issue only that council can solve - using Registrar tools and the relationship tab.

@PatrickGlasgow Your local council needs to fix both Scouts’ relationships using their Registrar Tools.
Scout with first initial M. is listed as “Father of” Scout with first initial I.
And Scout with first initial I. is listed as “Son of” Scout with first initial M.
I think the dad also has first initial M., and he does not appear to have a parent / child relationship with either Scout.
After their relationships are fixed, we can fix them in Scoutbook.
Yes - they cannot fix from just one scout - they have to check each one

@PatrickGlasgow When you contact your local council, be sure to include the names of the parents. I think the dad might be left off completely.
@PatrickGlasgow It looks like the local council removed the relationships between the brothers. I have fixed the connections in Scoutbook account.
Could you please check to see how things look now?
They look correct and are showing up as youth again on the roster in Scoutbook Plus and Scoutbook
