Scout's log in has no information

Hi,

I am advancement chair and under my account, I can see my two boys and all of their accomplishments. One of my boys created an account through scoutbook and when he logs in, there is no information. When I tried to send him an invitation, it states to delete his username. i don’t know how to delete his username or get his user account up and running. Please help!
