I am in both the pack and troop and an admin on both. Scouts that are not on our rosters and have not been (in some cases years) reappeared on our scoutbook rosters. It is a real pain to go back in and delete 30 kids connections from every leader. Anyone else having this issue?
Go to one of these Scout’s pages, click on the Scout’s Membership link then on the membership for your unit. Is there a comment in the notes field? If Member Update restored the Scout, there will be a note.
Have a Key 3 member log in to my.scouting.org and check your roster in Member Manager. Scoutbook only brings back Scouts who are still on your official roster. It does not have the ability to go back and find Scouts that are not on this roster.
