When I run the Payment Log Detail Report, it shows three scouts with a balance but they are no longer in scouting. How can I delete their accounts and have the money allocated to the pack account to have a more accurate record of assets and liabilities?

The individuals are no longer in scouting and not on our roster but they have money in their old account. I need to transfer that money back to the unit but can’t because I do not have access to their old accounts

Go to the “Search Payment Logs”.
Then make sure to include “Past and Current Members”.
You will see both past and current members.
Click on the Scout in question. You will be able to now see their logs.
Make a “zeroing” or “write off” transaction to zero out their account.
Done!
@RebeccaGolueke- once the scout accounts are zero then you would need to make the entries to reflect the money in general fund. The help doc provided by Jacob has a section on Understanding the Calculations to assist on making sure the end balance is correct.
