"Scribe" and "Calendar Editor" Cannot edit IA Calendar

I apologize in advance if this was covered or if I am doing something wrong.

My Troop Scribe and Scouts with the role “Calendar Editor” do not have the blue circle with the white plus sign on the top righthand corner. They cannot add or edit events.

Please advise.

Are the Calendar Editor positions of responsibility approved?

Please post their BSA Member IDs (no names) and we will investigate.

Note the Scribe by default cannot edit the calendar, they must have the Calendar Editor position of responsibility.

The Calendar Editor was approved. but the Scribe was not.

I authorized the Scribe position and it worked like a charm.
