One of our Scribes is awesome, she has been going into the Scouting app on her phone and selecting all the scouts and scouters in attendance at meetings. We covered a requirement at a meeting and I ran an attendance report to see who needs to be marked off and no one is showing as attended. When going directly to the calendar in Scoutbook, and clicking on the event all the invitees are there, but not one has the button slide over to shows they are present.
Are we doing something wrong, I’ve really tried to get the Scribes to start doing attendance instead of me, one is lazy and always has an excuse, we now have a scribe in the girls troop and she said she can even mark off the boys (single calendar even with both units assigned), and I can see that, but it being lost somewhere.

@Tom_Elkins that scout is not a Scribe - they are SPL
Yep, I just saw, I've reminded the primary unit leaders to update or let me.
Is that the only issue?
I used to have to assign Calendar Editor rights to the SPL/ASPL and Scribe so they could take attendance in Scout Book calendar on the web, as Scribe didn’t seem to allow attendance changes.
