Every time I go to Advancements under my son’s name → then to Bear → then click on an adventure to get more details about the requirements, it sends me right back to My Dashboard. I know he has a handbook where I can look it up. But this means I can’t even access the requirements in order to mark that he has completed something. Please help. I have never had this problem in the past three years until now. I tried waiting a few days, thinking maybe it was just a glitch. I have used both a desktop and my phone, but still no luck.

Your son is not in a den in Scoutbook. Ask the pack Scoutbook administrators to put him in the Bear den. At this point Scoutbook will behave as expected.
This makes more sense. We just transferred packs - so duh me. Thank you!
