- API Error
- The issue that caused the “user does not have access to this API” error has been fixed. The developers believe this change should fix all instances of this error, however, if you encounter it again, please post in Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus Bugs - Scouting Forums. Include the steps needed to reproduce the error and the Scouting America Member ID (no names) of the Scout you were trying to access.
- Can’t Access New Scouts
- The developers have investigated the error with some units not being able to access new Scouts. They believe the issue is units not waiting for 24 hours after the Scout appears on the my.scouting.org roster to view the Scout in Scoutbook Plus. If you are still seeing an issue with not being able to view new Scouts, post the Scouting America Member ID (no names) of the Scout(s) in Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus Bugs - Scouting Forums. If they appear on the Scoutbook Plus roster, please include details of the failure.
