I’m trying to run an Activity Report for my scouts, but the report only goes back as far as May 2022. My main intent is to determine a service hours count for an Eagle Scout, but several of his years in the Troop are missing. The Camping Report seems to be ok, but the Service Hours report is not. While I’m mainly interested right now for my Eagle Scout for his Eagle Report, BOR, and COH, it is also inaccurate for everyone in our Troop and I will need it fixed for future needs.
I went back to 2016 and picked a random date for the start date. I set the end date as today. Otherwise they are the same.
The log for camping goes back all the way, but the service log does not.

And there are service entries that show for scout in their logs? Maybe a fast screenshare so I can better understand it. Or give a Member ID (no name) for an example scout so we can look at it

No there is nothing in Service for that scout before 2022 - tons of camping - I can check but I would be surprised if there was any data loss as it is really all the same log - not 3 different ones.
I can guarantee I entered it in there two years ago.
I just found an old activity log report that I luckily had saved that shows Gavin going back to 4/6/2019. It’s a PDF.
does it have the same Member ID on it?

Just looked closer at it. It was a camping log. I did find a service log, but it only goes back to 5/22. Now I’m really confused because I entered camping all the way back to 2017, and I’m pretty sure I entered service at the same time. Perhaps this bug has been around longer than I realized.
