A Lone Scout is requesting an Eagle Service Project and he would like to show his past service hours. The activity log only shows the total number of service hours. How can a report be generated showing the specific dates and hours recorded?

Scoutbook is not currently designed to support Lone Scouts. I also sent you a private message.
I think if they temporarily added the Scout back to his former troop in Scoutbook, then a Troop Admin could Export / Backup the Legacy Camping, Hiking, Long Cruise and Service Hours logs. His service hours and details would be in there, but in a CSV format - not a report format.
A Troop Admin could also try accessing the Scout’s activity logs, but I don’t know how well that would work in Internet Advancement, because the Scout is no longer registered with the former troop.
