As it is currently, Key 3/Delegates have to create an event in order to record service hours for scouts, only parents can record hours for individual scouts which then have to be approved by Key 3/Delegates. The process is very clunky and needs streamlined. It should be possible to record service hours that scouts do individually by the leaders.
Leaders can record service hours done by an individual Scout. Just create the service event and select just a single Scout.
We should be able to click on a scout, and add the hours from inside their profile though instead of creating a troop event for them.
