I just introduced Scoutbook Plus to my Pack’s Den Leaders, and one of them remarked that they’re able to see the entire pack and not just his Den. I want to verify that this should be case, and if it is intentional, what’s the reasoning behind it?
@etruongcao - they can filter the view to see only their den.
Thanks. I think the concern here is more along the lines of, should a Den Leader really have the ability to access the profile and log advancements of Scouts who are not in their den?
I’ve asked the Den Leader that we trust that they’ll only be entering advancements for their own den and not other Scouts.
I want to confirm that letting Den Leaders see the entire roster was intentional, and was there a reason it was designed to let Den Leader see the entire roster?
@etruongcao - the true test is if they can actually action anything for scouts they are not connected to. I seem to recall that there will be an api error is they attempt to do so. The main thing is that the connection manager has not yet moved to sb+. I know of no real reason why they should not see all of the scouts. They can in classic scoutbook they would be able to see the entire roster if in the unit view.
