I have a scout with:
SB User ID: 2515400
BSA Membership ID: 135174815
He shows up in Scoutbook under membership in the right Patrol / Troop / Chartered Organization / Council, however the Council that shows up at the bottom of his main page is his old Council. He transferred here in the Summer of 2020.
He transferred to Council 082 and District 024.
When i try to see his record in Internet Advancement or my.scouting.org it gives me an error message.
Any help in fixing this would be much appreciated.
