Signature of the Unit Leader printed on incompleted blue card.
When the leader clicked on “Initial Unit Leader Signature” on SB, it normally prints only one signature of the unit leader on the right section of the page with a bar code (SKU#34132). After the update in October, SB prints 2 locations of the unit leader signature. One was printed on the bottom of the APPLICATION FOR MERIT BADGE section which is correct. Another one is printed on the middle section (APPLICANT’S RECORD) which should only be printed (filled) when the merit badge is completed.
