My son’s info in Scoutbook disappeared. He is still in Scoutbook but all of his rank, advancements, etc are gone. My daughter is still there and no issues just my son.

Post BSA # - is there an active membership? @JoshuaBetty
@JoshuaBetty seeing Advancements is based on having a membership - your scout has no current membership in scoutbook - you can still pull data at Scout > Reports > Scout History
@JoshuaBetty are you in TAC or Pathways? I think the wrong BSA # got set primary
