Status 409 Message for AOL Required Advancement

I am in the process of updating Scoutbook for my AOL Den. I keep getting the following error under the “Personal Fitness” Required Advancement for only this Scout.

All other advancements will update except this one. The user ID is 137387060. Please advise on how to proceed? Thanks for your help!

Same issue. Not related to adventure version. New Scout this year, no prior information.

I need more information. What are you doing when you get this error.

The developers have duplicated your issue with Personal Fitness and this Scout. They are working on a solution.

Trying to add an adventure to a Scout.

Exactly what I am doing step by step:
Login to Scoutbook
Navigate to Scout (user ID 141752620)
Click on Bobcat (Wolf) under current adventures
Select date for item 1
Click save
Error pops us.

This only does this with the Bobcat Adventure. I can add or start others.
This only does this with this Scout. I have been able to update the others.

Thanks. The developers have identified a data issue causing this error. They are supposed to be looking for similar cases and fixing them all but I want to make sure they have the info for your issue too.

Scouting America IT does not provide schedule data that I can share.

Can you please try to update the adventures and let me know if the 409 error has been resolved? I believe it has been fixed but with the holiday this week my contacts are not available to confirm.

Yes, this issue is now resolved. I am able to enter the Adventure as normal.
