Unable to mark a scout’s adventure complete

I have one scout in our AOL den that we need help with. We are able to update the requirements completions for all adventures except for the knife safety adventure. The Den Leader, myself, and the Advancement Chair have all tried to mark the adventure as completed, but we keep getting an error message.

If I try to complete the entire adventure at the same time, I get an error “There are user adventure requirements for given userId and versionId - userId: 12684113 - versionId: 267”

If I try to update the individual adventure requirements I get the following error: "HTTP POST on resource ‘https://coreapipd.netbsa.org:443/API/advancements/users/12684113/adventures... (It gets cut off from here)’ failed with status code 409.

This error appears to be similar to https://discussions.scouting.org/t/error-there-are-user-adventure-requirements-for-given-userid-and-version-id/508269

Please let me know how I may be able to fix this issue. Thank you.

The 409 is a known error.

Watch Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of a fix.

@RobertJohnson26

Can you try to mark the adventure complete? I believe this issue has been fixed but with the holiday this week, my usual contacts are not available to confirm.

It all appears to be working now. Thank you.
